Using the Odontogram Settings to customize your view can increase your efficiency when looking through treatment history and charting new treatment. These settings are accessible using the folder and cogwheel icon.
Treatment Status: Specifies which treatment status to display on the Odontogram’s Visual display.
History Listing: Specifies which treatment status and date range to display in the Odontogram’s Descriptive display (treatment history box).
Show Full Procedure Descriptions: Displays the full treatment name as it is in the Fee Guide (or description set by Office).
Show Deleted Lines: Display deleted items as struck-through lines in the Description box.
Colour Treatment By Provider: Displays items in the Description box with associated producer’s text colour.
Show in Reverse Chronological Order: Displays the newest treatments at the top of the Description box, rather than the bottom.
Group by Status/Appt No: Displays treatments in gatherings based on their status (Complete, Planned etc) or designated appointment number (set by double clicking treatment line).
Show Treatment Notes: Displays treatment notes directly under the attached treatment.
Colour Treatment Notes by Provider: Displays treatment notes with associated producer’s text colour. Similar to “Colour Treatment By Provider”.
Buccal/Lingual: Designate the orientation of teeth when using the Visual portion of the Odontogram.
Maximum Display Panel Height (%): Determines the ratio of Visual-to-Descriptive displays. 50% is the minimum.
Use New Charting Symbol Layout: Sets the icons and symbols to use.
