After Hygiene and Recall appointments, the recall schedule will need to be updated. This can be done from the Odontogram.
- Right click on the Odontogram and select Patient Recalls.
- Select the Recall Cd. (recall interval) from the drop-down menu. If their Recall interval has not changed, simply re-select the same code. This will update the recall date to the new date.
- Enter the number of units required for the appointment.
- Click the Save icon.
This will “refresh” the Recall and list it as outstanding, allowing the Administrative team to easily find and book the outstanding Recalls.
