Auto Print Receipt or Walk Out Statements

Description

Receipts and walk out statements can be set to print automatically after posting a patient payment for a smoother workflow. Follow the steps below to set it up for your clinic.

Edit only the options shown in this article to avoid disruptions to your clinic. Do not edit the other options on the screen without consulting with our support team.

Step-by-Step

  1. Click the Patient menu button.
  2. Select Transactions.
  3. Click the Options/Settings icon.
  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Choose to print a receipt or a statement after posting the patient payment.
  3. Press Save.
  4. Press Close.
