Moving Patients to Existing Accounts


This article will is a guide to move patient to other existing accounts.


  1. In the Patient File Module, Select the Move Patient Icon located on the top right of the screen.
  1. Select Existing Family option on the right.
  1. Search for the patient whose account you would like the current patient to.
  2. Select them from the search results.
  3. Select the OK button on the top right right corner.
The Move Patient window will show the family you are moving the patient to. This is located just above the New Family box.
  1. From the Original Family Box, select the patient.
  2. Select the double arrows below to push the patient over to the New Family Box.
  1. Once the patient has been pushed to the other side, select the Move button on the right.
A pop-up window will confirm the successful completion of the move.

When the OK button is selected, you will be shown the patient in the new account.
