Description

This article follows “Adding a Producer“. These next steps will guide you through how to add a chair. Please check out “Setting Producer Hours” ‎once this article is complete

  1. First, open up the Scheduler
  2. Head over to the scheduler icons located on right, and click on Scheduler Setup
  1. Select the Chairs button
  1. In the Edit Chair Information window, start with the Create Record icon
  1. Add a Chair # that follows the sequence you already have
  2. Chair Title will be the columns display name
  3. Description field is a good place to put the producers name
  4. Default Prod. should be set to the new producer just created
  1. In addition, if a shared column is ideal for your clinic needs, select Shared Chair
  2. As always, save your work by using the Save Record icon. This will add the new chair to the bottom of the list
  3. Lastly, click on OK to close the window
