EDI – Reprint Responses

Description

This article will guide you through the steps of reprinting EDI responses.

Step-by-Step

  1. Select Office from the top menu bar.
  2. Select EDI Manager from the drop down menu.
  1. Under Search Criteria, users no longer need to enter the Network and Insurance Company and can be left blank to generate a report. Although, users can still add those pieces if the report needs to be specific to an insurance company.
  2. Select the Claim Response tab.
  3. Select Search. Once the list has been generated, select the response and use the print button located on the top right corner.

If the claim is purged, they can be retrieved by the following steps:

  1. Right click on the table, and select View Archived EDI Claims.
  1. From this window, select your Search Options which include selecting a specific patient under Criteria. if patient is not present there, Select Patient to search for the right one. Set a Start and End Date for claims sent.
  2. Search
  3. From the list, select the correct claim response.
  4. Print
