This article will outline how to post treatments for a supernumerary tooth from the Odontogram and from the Transaction screen.
Step-by-Step: From the Odontogram
- In the Odontogram, select the treatment code
- Select the status of your treatment
- From the Select Tooth window, enter 99 in the Tooth field
- Select Accept
- Review your entry in the Treatment tab

1 Select New Claim
2 Ensure Claim settings are correct
3 After entering your treatment code, add 99 in the Tooth field
4 Select Save
5 Review your claim entry
6 Select Submit to send claim to insurance or to print the claim form
