How to Select a Default Printer for EDI Claims

This article will guide you through the steps of selecting your default printer for EDI

  1. Select Office from the top menu bar
  2. Click on EDI Manager from the dropdown
  1. Now that you’re in the EDI Manager module, you want to open the Options button located at the top right
  1. Next you want to select your Default Printer from the dropdown
  2. Make sure to have only one of these selected to avoid printing twice
  1. Click OK to save your changes. You now have your default printer settings for EDI setup
