Description
This article will quickly guide you through enabling a planned estimate total on your Scheduler.
The estimated production value is derived from the planned treatments linked to the appointment, so be sure to follow the article at the end of this page to learn more about linking planned treatments in order to maximize the accuracy of your daily estimates.
Step-by-Step
- Visit the Scheduler Module.
- Select the User View Options icon, the calendar at the top right corner.
- Select the Show Estimate Total option.
- Select Ok.
- Note the estimated total displayed at the top right of the Scheduler window.
- The image on the left shows what the appointment details window looks like with Linked treatments attached to the appointment.
As previously mentioned, the estimated totals are derived from the linked planned treatments attached to this appointment.
