1. Activate Bob Exan’s file and view by Claim Ledger
- Enter a patient payment of $15 for the New Patient Exam and 4 BWS
2.Correct the treatments previously posted as follows:
- Un-allocate the payment entered so there are no payments or adjustments attached to the claim.
- Delete the 2U of scaling and submit 3U instead
- Reallocate the payment previously unallocated back onto the claim.
3.Practice reversing a payment:
- Janice Mayhew – Log a new payment of $30 to the Missed Appointment line
- Once allocated, try and reverse the payment, and be sure to edit the default description to state “Entry error”.
