 1.2 Updating Frequencies, Limits, and Deductibles

• Add: 1x per 9 rolling months frequency for Recalls, Polish, and Fluoride 
• Add: $25 Deductible 
• Add: $3000 Combined yearly limit 

• Update the Remaining Combined Limit to $2300
• Update the Deductible as the patient already paid it this year at another office

• Add $2500 lifetime Ortho limit

 Run the report and assess if any claims are unbilled
