In Section 3.1 , we learned about creating Recall Lists for upcoming months. That report listed patients who have not yet booked their soon to be overdue recall appointment.
In this lesson, we will create a list of those patients who are past due for their Recall and have no bookings.
- As before, visit the Appointment Book module and select the Lists tab, then choose Recall List
- Set your options. This time, backdate the Date From and Date To.
- Choose Exclude Booked Recalls and Inactive Recall codes
- Search and try contacting your patients again. They may be ready to book their Recalls.
Note: You can run the report to include all overdue recalls for the past 6 months or even year.
