5.4.1 Cheat Sheet – Condensed Reference Material

This section will provide a helpful reference sheet for your use.

Adding More Columns:

• Right click in the report results area.
• Choose Edit Report.
• Find the desired selection by using the Files and Fields boxes.
• Double left click or Highlight the line and press Add to include it in the Selected box below.

Items listed within the Selected box will get their own column on the report.

Removing Columns:

• Right click in the report results area.
• Choose Edit Report.
• Find the item you want to remove in the Selected box.
• Highlight the line and press Remove on the right.

Adding Count and Sum Operations:

• Return to the Edit Report window via the right click menu.
• Highlight the desired line in the Selected box.
• Select the Operation button on the right.
• Choose the type of operation and press Ok.

Count is available for all fields. Apply this to any field to get a fast and easy results total at the end.

Applying a Filter:

• While on the main report page, find the column you wish to filter.
• Left click the column’s name.
• Select the Operator/Type of filter to apply.
• Fill in Value 1 and Value 2 if available.
• Press Add.
• Press Ok.

Removing a Filter:

• While on the main report page, identify the column you wish to remove the filter from.
• Left click on the column name.
• Select the active filter line within the box.
• Select Delete.

Saving Reports:

• Right click in the results area and choose Save as, or Save if you are modifying an existing report.
• Enter a Description at the bottom.
• Press Ok.

To find this report in the future, make note of the Tab and Category you are working in. It will only be available in the “Custom” box under this tab and category.

Retrieving Reports:

• Return to the relevant Tab and Category, the original selections under which the Report was saved.
• Select the Custom button.
• Highlight the report you wish to use.
• Press Select.
• Your report will load with the same filters, columns and operations set.
