Hide Producer Last Names on Statements/Receipts

Receipts: 

1. Visit the Transactions module.
2. Select the appropriate patient file.
3. Select the Print icon.
4. Select Patient receipt.
5. Select Ok.

1. If it isn’t already, enable Do you wish to include future appointments?
2. Select the Hide Producer Last Name?
3. Select the Set as Default button to preserve these settings.
4. Confirm your choice to save these defaults.

Patient receipts will no longer list the producer’s last name on the appointment reminder area.

Statements: 

1. Return to the Print icon.
2. Select Patient Statement.
3. Press Ok.

1. Select Options.
2. Choose Print Future Appointments?
3. Select Hide Last Names?
4. Select Ok.

You may also wish to enable the Exclude Statement Notes option. This will remove any notes tagged under the Statement type, as well as the statement insurance submission notifications that populate if enabled. It is highly recommended you enable the Exclude Statement Notes option.

1. Select Set as Defaults.
2. Select Yes in the popup.

Statements will no longer include the producer’s last name when displaying future appointments.
