Description

This article will guide you on how to add custom prescription templates.

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to the Practice menu drop down
  2. Select Maintenance Manager
  1. Select the Office tab
  2. Then select on Comment Codes
  1. Start with a new record
  2. Chose a custom code for the prescription
  3. Add a description
  4. from the type drop down, select prescription
  1. In the comment section, add your template. Templates can always be edited just before printing to fulfil the needs of individual patients.
  2. Select save record icon located in the top right section on the window after which the template will be visible in the list below along with other templates.
