Description
This article will guide on how to set up templates for your clinical/chart notes.
Step-by-Step
- From the menu bar, select Charting
- Select Comments Setup
- From the Setup Comments window, start by designating a Code for your template
- Add your template in the Description field. You may copy and paste in this section. There is a character limit of 3500 characters.
- Select Add at the bottom to save your template
After you finish adding your template, it will be visible in the table below.
