Once a fee guide is updated, you cannot revert it back to the old fees. We recommend backing up your fee guides before updating. See the end of this article for more information.
To update your fee guide, follow the steps below.
If you are unclear about any details regarding fee guide updates, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
Select the Fee Guide Link button.
Highlight the appropriate fee guide and click the Ok button.
In this example image, the 2020-R.upd file is the latest available item so we’ll use that one.
The options listed will vary depending on your province.
Some fee guides only receive updates every few years. Some are updated annually, like the R – Regular fee guide.

If your province requires paid membership to access fee guides, you will have to handle those arrangements with the governing body before you are able to access the fee guide update using the membership information they provide.
Under the column labeled To Sch: type in the letter R beside the corresponding R in the Load Sch: column.
Select the OK button.
Depending on your program version, you may be prompted to backup your existing fees.
This option is highly recommended. For clients using versions older than 4.8, you should create a backup before updating. This will be shown at the end of the article.
Versions lower than 4.8:
To backup an existing fee guide, visit the Maintenance Manager module.
Select the Insurance tab then double click on Fee Schedule Codes
In here, create a new record and give it an appropriate name. I.e. 19 or BU for backup
Once you’ve saved this new code, visit the Utilities tab.
Choose Fee Schedule Updates and then Copy Fee Schedule
Copy from your current schedule (R, or O if using Office fees) and select your Backup schedule below.
You have successfully backed up your current schedule and can proceed to update your fees.
